Here you can take a little survey about DelphiDoc, your usage
of it and what you want and need.
Use "No Answer" if you already answered the question or don't know
what it means or it is completly irrelevant to you, etc.
Use "Positive" if you can answer the question with "yes".
Use "Negative" if you can answer the question with "no".
Use "Undecided" if you can't answer te question with "yes" or "no"
either because sometimes one is true and some other time the other
one is or you can image changing your mind in the future, etc.
