Documentation of the Components

Page Load and Save Parsed Data

This page allows to load parsed data or save it to a file.
top

Button Load Data

Loads already parsed data from a file. These files can be saved with the other button Save Data after parsing source files. The current parsed data will be replaced with the loaded one, unless it has been marked to be kept.

There are already several versions of these files since the first time this feature was introduced. So far all versions can be loaded in all versions of the program that are at least as new as the program creating the file. Of course if you load data of older versions some data may be missing.

top

Check Box to keep the current Parsed Data

Sets whether the current parsed data should be kept when new data is loaded.
top

Button Save Data

Saves the current parsed data to a file. These files can be loaded again later, for instance to compare it with a newer version of the source code. The data can only be saved if it is valid, that means completely parsed.
